In response, Borsus emphasizes the need for a more proactive approach, stating, “We need to be part of a faster dynamic in terms of support.” However, his remarks draw scrutiny from host Martin Buxant, who notes the lack of novelty in Borsus’s initial proposals.
Guidance or Enforcement: A Policy Dilemma
